■MEXT Scholarships

 

Monbukagakusho (Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of Japan: MEXT) offers two types of scholarships to students from Ireland who wish to study in Japan:

 

1. Monbukagakusho Postgraduate Research Scholarship

    

2. Monbukagakusho Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Japanese Studies

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites young Europeans for a ten-day study tour of Japan in autumn every year. Applicants are expected to contribute to future Japan-European relations.
