On Friday, December 1, Ambassador Maruyama presented the Japanese Foreign Minister's Commendation for excellent Chefs for Ambassadors/Consul-Generals of Japan in 2023 to Mr SUZUKI Jun, Chef at the Ambassador's official residence in Dublin.
Before working in Ireland, Mr Suzuki served as the Ambassador's chef in South Africa. His culinary expertise is deeply appreciated by guests and Embassy staff to the Ambassador's residence. Every meal is prepared with great care and provides the foundation for splendid dining.
