Ambassador Kitano Congratulates FANUC Ireland on Its Irish Office Opening

On Tuesday 11 October, Ambassador Kitano attended the opening ceremony of FANUC Ireland’s Irish office in Maynooth, County Kildare. The ceremony was also attended by Dara Calleary TD, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, with responsibility for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation, and, Martin Heydon TD, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and TD for Kildare South.
Leading Japanese robotics company FANUC has opened its first dedicated facility in Ireland, a training centre and showroom to provide cutting edge automation technology, servicing and training directly to Irish manufacturers.
Mr. Shinichi Tanizawa, President & CEO of FANUC Europe Corporation officially launched the new office by the cutting of a ribbon, followed his presentation of FANUC’s business outline.
