Japanese Language Teachers of Ireland (JLTI) Awarded with Commendation of Foreign Minister of Japan

On Friday, December 1, Ambassador Maruyama welcomed members of Japanese Language Teachers of Ireland (JLTI) Ms Susan Wilson, Ms IJICHI Nobuko, Dr INOUE Keiko, Ms Ursula Zimmermann and Ms OZAKI Tomoko to the Amabassador's official residence in Dublin where he presented the Japanese Foreign Minister's Commendation to the JLTI.
As current chairperson, Ms Wilson received the award on the group's behalf. The JLTI was founded in 1999 with the aim of encouraging and promoting Japanese language education in Ireland through teaching and research.
