Japan and Ireland - Exchanges in the field of defence

On 26 August, Ambassador MIYAGAWA Manabu met with Secretary General Jacqui McCrum and Assistant Secretary General Bernie Maguire of the Department of Defence. They exchanged views on the current state and prospects for defence exchanges between Japan and Ireland, two like-minded countries committed to a rules-based international order, as well as on regional situations.
