On 10 September, Ambassador MIYAGAWA Manabu and Ms ONOZAKI, Researcher at the Embassy of Japan in Ireland, visited GridBeyond in Dublin.
GridBeyond provides services that leverage AI to forecast generation, price and flexibility, co-optimising on site assets for large energy users. The company also trades energy across markets to accelerate the shift to a smarter, more resilient grid. The company has expanded its business internationally across Ireland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia, and has also operated in Japan since 2021, with offices in Tokyo, and employees based nationwide.
