Welcoming the KODO drummers

On February 3, Ambassador Urabe welcomed members of the “KODO” drummers who visited Ireland in the early part of their “One Earth Tour” of Europe which will continue till the end of March. Both of their sold-out concerts at the National Concert Hall on February 2 and 3 received a very warm response and standing ovations. According to the members, one of the pieces was inspired by their previous visit to Ireland two years ago, and the members seemed to enjoy their return to Ireland.
